Envelope Preparation

General Rules      Sample List         Printed Samples

You can use any word processing software (Windows Notepad, Word Perfect, MS Word, etc.) to prepare your list. You can even type your list in the body of an Email.  Excel files are also accepted under certain circumstances.

General Rules back

Hit the "Enter" key following each line of the address. Keep your list in one long vertical column on the left margin with one line between each entry.  Do not worry if part of your entry is on one page and the rest is on the next.  Type it exactly as you want it to appear. Do not worry about centering, sizing or the typestyle. This is taken care of at the time that the envelopes are addressed.
